Hey, Candy!

Thanks for looking through this website! It's nice to know that you share some of my experiences, including the difficult times. I have also been exhausted since returning home, and can't seem to get into any sort of productive groove. In fact, I don't even feel "at home" and miss my traveling life.

I have friends coming from San Francisco to visit for two weeks, a couple I met in the Peace Corps in Romania. Showing them around will certainly keep me busy, and then my son Peter will arrive with his six-year-old son from Germany. I'll for sure be tired then, in a different way!

I loved getting to know you and Jim, too. I'm sure we'll find each other again on the road. In fact, I'll probably be in San Carlos again next winter sometime.

Big hugs and happy times to come!
Love you, Kristin
